Please carefully read over the terms and conditions of our service. By doing so, you can avoid any potential misunderstandings or problems down the road. In addition, it’s important to be aware of any fees associated with using the service. Understanding these charges upfront can help you budget accordingly. By taking the time to read over the terms and conditions, you know exactly what to expect from our trash bin cleaning service.

Term Requirements
Monthly subscription services requires a 3-month minimum. There are no term requirements on the other plans.
Termination Requests
Please call (615) 991-3019 to request termination of services. We require a 30-day termination notice for monthly and quarterly plan subscribers.
Payment Terms
- Your first payment is due upon subscribing.
- You’ll be charged on the same date every month, based on your signup date
- This is a curbside service. Additional fees may apply for bins/cans that are not curbside.
- Charges will still occur even if bins are not curbside.
- Scheduling does not permit us to move single customers to different weeks if we’re already serving the neighborhood.
- Additional fees may apply should a different week request be made.
